If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PMC Supplies within 30 days from the date the items are received, subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
*We do not accept any returns or exchanges on used items or customized tools.
Refunds on returned items will be issued to the original payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product to insure it is in new condition, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for a credit to appear on your account. If the payment was made by check, the refund will be applied as a merchandise credit to your PMC Supplies Customer Account.
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the 30-day return policy period, or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.
*In most cases shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are deducted from the amount of the refund applied.
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed. Damaged or defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (855) 298-7627. We will do our best to promptly replace your item for a new one, or issue a credit memo. For returns and exchanges of non-damaged merchandise, the customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges to send the unwanted product back for a refund. The original shipping/handling charges are also non-refundable. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, PMC Supplies reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
In some instances for damaged or defective items we may provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Call for a pre-paid authorized return service (ARS) label (U.S. customers only). Return shipping labels are provided at our sole discretion.
