Shipping & Handling

Shipping Rates:

  • Lower 48 States:
    Standard (5-7 Business Days): FREE (*on eligible items; certain items are excluded).
    Expedited (3-4 Business Days): $10.00.
    Express: (1-2 Business Days): $30.00.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Calculated rates through either FedEx or USPS, applied at checkout.
  • International: Calculated rates through either FedEx or USPS, applied at checkout.

Standard Shipping and Processing:

  • Orders received after 9:00 AM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (lease allow a 24-48 hour processing/handling time prior to your items shipping. We do not ship on either Saturday or on Sunday, or on major Holidays.
  • You should receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • Some High Value Items and most orders over $150.00 will be shipped “Signature Required”, unless requested otherwise for added protection and security. If not specifically requested by the customer, it is left to our company’s discretion to make a decision based on the items being shipped.


Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.  All Next Day shipping orders must be received by 9 am EST M-F for same day processing and shipping for all in-stock items.  If any items are out of stock or on backorder you will be notified and if ordered multiple items on one order, we may ship a partial shipment of the in-stock items and then a second shipment once the other items are available. International Shipping

We do our best to accommodate customers from all over the world. We do offer international shipping to most countries. For international orders, we offer shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping any of these methods may require additional charges for duties, taxes, and custom fees upon delivery. Please see the below paragraph for more information regarding International shipments.


All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any tax and duty information presented in checkout are estimates for informational purposes only. Actual tax and duty is presented during delivery. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

International Shipments often require additional duties, taxes and custom fees upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the receiver. The shipping costs we provide upon checkout are to cover our Shipping and Handling expenses and any additional charges you may incur are due to the specific policies and procedures of the carrier you choose and/or of your specific countries government rules and regulations.

APO/FPO and PO Box Shipping:

APO/FPO and PO Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico Shipping:

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail. and please note that to these locations, transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS.

Damaged Shipments:

  • Call us at 518-249-6533 to submit a claim. Please contact us within 3 business days from the date your shipment has arrived to report any damages. In some instances we may require additional information, photos, etc. in order to process a claim with the carrier.
  • You may also contact the specified carrier on your own to submit a claim or get further instructions on how to report a damaged package. See the below contact information:

  • UPS claim processing time is about 8-10 business days
