Glardon® Vallorbe Swiss-made three-square escapement files are designed with square handles. They are constructed from the finest heat-tempered, chrome alloy steel, and offer great balance while using. They have sharper teeth for a guaranteed outstanding cutting performance on all hard and soft metals, including platinum. The file lengths are measured from the tip to the end of the cut. These files are gradually tapered, and cut to the point. *Please note that the higher the number, the finer the cut will be.
