This ring enlarger tool allows you to easily stretch rings! This Rathburn fixture consists of two parts: a steel collet multi-stepped mandrel, and a tapered pin expander. Simply place the ring on the stepped collet, choose the size that the rings fits onto, then place the expansion collet onto the base. Then, insert the tapered pin rod and gently tap the tapered steel pin by using a mallet or hammer (light impact only). Make sure not to oversize the ring, as this could cause it to break apart. The mandrel can be removed by simply tapping the opposite end. *Please note that proper care must be taken whenever stretching a ring. Not to be used with stone set rings or thin shanks. Inspect for any solder joints that may break apart when stretching. Works well with bands. You may need to anneal to soften the ring to afford expansion of the metal. Generally, this tool fixture will not expand more than 1 finger size.

So far I’m loving this bench. I’ve had it less than a week but I am impressed not only by the workbench but by the customer care at PMC Supplies. The bench arrived in three boxes that were not too heavy that I needed help going upstairs. There were probably 20 wood pieces and a hefty bag of hardware, but in just about two hours I assembled the workbench myself. The top of the bench was cracked upon opening, which was odd since it was inside three boxes. When I contacted PMC Supplies about this, they offered to replace the top or refund part of my purchase price so I could repair it myself. In any case, the bench and shelf have plenty of room for nearly all my tools. I’ve been able to empty three medium to small tool bags and fully stock the bench. I’ve added a flex shaft mount and tool and I will be adding drawer pulls to the drawers to make them easier to open.

Cons
Wood is somewhat soft, maybe pine? Doesn’t really matter as any bench will show signs of wear over time.
Holes on shelves are too small for some tools, particularly hammers.
Top was cracked upon arrival but PMC Supplies made it right.
This is the perfect product for my sand casting applications! It packs the petrobond well - and easy to use. Highly recommend!

I have been on the lookout for a more affordable diamond coated tipped tweezers and I have finally found them! I'm not a jewelry maker but I use these for volume eyelash extensions. There is a lash company called Novalash that makes a pair but it is $104 and I couldn't fathom spending that on one pair. I went on the hunt like a hawk to find a pair of diamond dusted tweezers at a more affordable price and found them on your site. Please don't discontinue these tweezers and I would like to know if you are going to carry more straight tweezers with Diamond Coated tips? Thank you PMC supplies!
Great furnace great customer service.
I received the kit in 2 days. Crazy fast. I ran it through a bag of cans to see how it works. I could feed it a can every ±20 seconds. Works great. I'm confident this will be a good addition to my pour process.
This crucible is absolutely worth every penny! Been kicking the heck out of this thing for a year and a half, still rocking. I actually cracked it on the side from a thermal variance (my fault-newbie), and it healed itself again. The vitrification is essentially self healing. I am here to buy another, a larger one, right now.
Great furnace! I’m new to this hobby, so I wasn’t sure about this website or this product but both have been excellent! The furnace has had about 10 fires and other than some discoloration, no real issues. The stone in the bottom broke around the 8th fire but still does the job. This furnace can get hot enough to melt copper EASY. I haven’t tried anything else yet.
Absolutly perfect for brass and aluminum used several times and never have problems looks just like I just took out of the box 5 star
I love this furnace, I am very pleased with my purchase, it will be useful for a very long time. If unsure which furnace to get, this one will certainly not disappoint... Have fun!
