This set includes the portable Mini Pro Kiln Propane Melting Furnace, designed to melt around 2 to 5 ounces of gold. It can also be used with silver, copper, aluminum, brass, and other precious metals. Requires 2 propane gas bottles (not included). Dimensions: Outer: 4" (101 mm) Diameter x 4" (101 mm) Height, Inner: 1.7" Diameter x 1.5" Depth, and Wall Thickness: 1.15" (30 mm).

��� (2) 1.5" x 1.75" Graphite Crucible Cups: Graphite crucible cups work with the Mini Pro Kiln Propane Furnace. Measures at 1-1/2" in diameter and 1-3/4" in height. Melts up to 6 oz gold, or up to 3 oz silver or copper can be melted at once. They can also be used inside the KK-6 when melting smaller amounts of precious metals.
��� (1) Pair of 12-1/2" Beaker Flask Crucible Tongs: Specifically designed to securely hold your crucibles with one hand; easily grasps your crucible with its grooved end.
��� (1) 2" x 1-1/2" Single Cavity Graphite Conical Gold Mold: Great for separating impurities and smelting black sand or assaying! Made from high-density fine grain graphite, smooth finish; typically lasts for 30+ pours. Tapers to the point! Dimensions: Outside: 2" Top Diameter x 1-1/2" Depth at the center.
��� (1) 4 Oz Package of Hank Chapman Flux: A recipe from Hank Chapman, Jr. (author of "How to Smelt Your Gold & Silver") can be added to gold, ore, black sands, and scrap metal. It helps draw out impurities by bringing them to the surface. Ingredients: Sodium Tetraborate, Sodium Carbonate, Silica, Manganese Dioxide, and White Oil.
��� (1) 4 Oz Package of Hank Chapman Flux Thinner: This flux thinner helps keep your materials liquefied and at a nice consistency for easy pouring. Without practice, pouring a nice clean bar can be difficult, but using this can help! Makes better pours, better looking bars and helps to eliminate unwanted splashing. It can be used with another flux such as borax or on its own. Makes a great accompaniment to our Hank Chapman's Flux as it can become very thick when using. A general rule of thumb is to use 5 parts flux and 1/2 part thinner by volume or 10%. (Not by weight.)

Great Quality bench for the price! PMC Supplies customer service was great. Very Easy to assemble and set up.

So far I’m loving this bench. I’ve had it less than a week but I am impressed not only by the workbench but by the customer care at PMC Supplies. The bench arrived in three boxes that were not too heavy that I needed help going upstairs. There were probably 20 wood pieces and a hefty bag of hardware, but in just about two hours I assembled the workbench myself. The top of the bench was cracked upon opening, which was odd since it was inside three boxes. When I contacted PMC Supplies about this, they offered to replace the top or refund part of my purchase price so I could repair it myself. In any case, the bench and shelf have plenty of room for nearly all my tools. I’ve been able to empty three medium to small tool bags and fully stock the bench. I’ve added a flex shaft mount and tool and I will be adding drawer pulls to the drawers to make them easier to open.
Pros

Shelf has plenty of needed space for tools and storage.

Cons
Wood is somewhat soft, maybe pine? Doesn’t really matter as any bench will show signs of wear over time.
Holes on shelves are too small for some tools, particularly hammers.
Top was cracked upon arrival but PMC Supplies made it right.
This is the perfect product for my sand casting applications! It packs the petrobond well - and easy to use. Highly recommend!

I have been on the lookout for a more affordable diamond coated tipped tweezers and I have finally found them! I'm not a jewelry maker but I use these for volume eyelash extensions. There is a lash company called Novalash that makes a pair but it is $104 and I couldn't fathom spending that on one pair. I went on the hunt like a hawk to find a pair of diamond dusted tweezers at a more affordable price and found them on your site. Please don't discontinue these tweezers and I would like to know if you are going to carry more straight tweezers with Diamond Coated tips? Thank you PMC supplies!
Great furnace great customer service.
I received the kit in 2 days. Crazy fast. I ran it through a bag of cans to see how it works. I could feed it a can every ±20 seconds. Works great. I'm confident this will be a good addition to my pour process.
This crucible is absolutely worth every penny! Been kicking the heck out of this thing for a year and a half, still rocking. I actually cracked it on the side from a thermal variance (my fault-newbie), and it healed itself again. The vitrification is essentially self healing. I am here to buy another, a larger one, right now.
Great furnace! I’m new to this hobby, so I wasn’t sure about this website or this product but both have been excellent! The furnace has had about 10 fires and other than some discoloration, no real issues. The stone in the bottom broke around the 8th fire but still does the job. This furnace can get hot enough to melt copper EASY. I haven’t tried anything else yet.
Absolutly perfect for brass and aluminum used several times and never have problems looks just like I just took out of the box 5 star
I love this furnace, I am very pleased with my purchase, it will be useful for a very long time. If unsure which furnace to get, this one will certainly not disappoint... Have fun!
