Shipping Rates

  • Contiguous United States:
    Standard Shipping Information: Transit time is typically 4 to 7 business days, depending on your specific location. FREE for orders over $50.00 (exclusions may apply). Expedited USPS and FedEx shipping method options are calculated at checkout.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Calculated rates through FedEx or USPS, applied at checkout.
  • International: Calculated rates through FedEx or USPS, applied at checkout.

Order Shipping Process

  • Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on either Saturday or Sunday, or on major Holidays.
  • You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • Some high-value items, and most orders over $150.00 will be shipped with a direct signature required for added protection and security. If not specifically requested by the customer, it is up to our company's discretion to make a decision based on the items being shipped.

Backordered Items

If any items are out of stock or on backorder you will be notified. If you ordered multiple items on one order, we typically send a partial shipment of the in-stock items and then a second shipment once the other items are available. If you still have not received your purchase after two weeks, please notify us at (855) 298-7627.

International Shipping

We do our best to accommodate customers from all over the world. We offer international shipping to most countries. For international orders, we offer shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping any of these methods may require additional charges for duties, taxes, and custom fees upon delivery. Please see the below paragraph for more information regarding International shipments.

Taxes, Duties, & Customs Fees

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any tax and duty information presented in checkout are estimates for informational purposes only. Any additional charges you may incur are due to the specific policies and procedures of the carrier you choose and/or of your specific countries government rules and regulations. Your local post office or carrier can provide you with information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

APO/FPO and P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail; transit times will vary.

Damaged Shipments

  • Call us at (855) 298-7627 to submit a claim. Please contact us within 3 business days from the date your shipment has arrived to report any damages. In some instances we may require a photo in order to process a claim with the carrier.
