Our 1/2" x 12" Graphite Crucible Stir Rod delivers high-density, fine-grain graphite for stirring molten material during the melting process. Designed for compatibility with standard lab and foundry setups, the rod measures 1/2" in diameter and 12" long, making it ideal for a wide range of crucibles. Please note that flux may adhere to the graphite during mixing, which can require occasional cleaning. Not recommended for use with platinum to avoid adverse reactions.
