Our 1/2" x 12" Graphite Crucible Stir Rod delivers high-density, fine-grain graphite for stirring molten material during the melting process. Engineered for reliability in high-temperature applications, this stir rod offers excellent thermal stability, a smooth surface, and long-lasting performance in crucible melts.
Designed for compatibility with standard lab and foundry setups, the rod measures 1/2" in diameter and 12" long, making it ideal for a wide range of crucibles. Please note that flux may adhere to the graphite during mixing, which can require occasional cleaning. Not recommended for use with platinum to avoid adverse reactions.

It is poorly made, the 1st photo is the one you get. One drawer was stuck and took a few minutes to wiggle it out. You can see the glue sticking out everywhere. The price is extremely high for what it is. I'm very disappointed.
