This Fine grit, blue, square-edge wheel is impregnated with silicon carbide to provide a consistent high shine while resisting loading on delicate surfaces. Designed for control, it operates across a broad RPM range with a recommended maximum of 1,000 to 5,000 RPM, ensuring safe, efficient finishing of jewelry, hardware, and small metal parts.

It is poorly made, the 1st photo is the one you get. One drawer was stuck and took a few minutes to wiggle it out. You can see the glue sticking out everywhere. The price is extremely high for what it is. I'm very disappointed.
