The Very-Fine Silicon Oxide Flap Wheel delivers aggressive 240 grit action for light deburring, blending, and pre-polishing. This compact 4" x 1" flap wheel is designed for precise work on a wide range of metals, including brass, copper, and other alloys. Silicon oxide abrasives provide a finer, smoother finish than aluminum oxide, reducing heat buildup and producing consistent results. Made in Italy, it combines durable grains with a flexible backing for reliable performance through many finishing passes.
Use it to quickly prep joints, blend welds, and achieve near-polished surfaces on delicate parts. The wheel’s 1/4" center hole fits standard mandrels, making it a versatile choice for portable grinders and rotary tools alike.
