The 3-inch square-enameled steel plate ESP-3 delivers a sleek, durable finish for architectural and decorative applications. This 3-inch square-enameled steel plate ESP-3 is 0.015 inches (28 gauge) thick, with a white enamel face and a ground coat on the back. The back side carries the ground coat only, providing a clean, ready-to-bond surface. At approximately 60% thinner than our 18-gauge Enameled Iron Tiles, ESP-3 is ideal for tight spaces without sacrificing strength.
Manufacturing details ensure a stable, professional result: coat the back side with Scalex and fire flat on a wire mesh to achieve a flat panel that bonds well with standard contact adhesive.
