This inclusive set is ideal for metal melting and sand casting applications! Includes a Deluxe TableTop QuikMelt Furnace, (5) lbs of Quick Cast Sand Casting Clay, 2-Piece Cast Iron Mold Flask Frame, Graphite Crucibles (10, 30, 60, 100, and 120 ounces), Tongs (2 pairs), Stir Rod, Ceramic Flanges (10, 30, 60, and 100/120 troy ounces - fits and accommodates both of the larger sizes), Parting Powder, and Anhydrous Casting Flux. Plus, it comes with an Oberon Face Shield, gloves, as well as a heat-resistant apron.
The TableTop QuikMelt Deluxe is a top-loading kiln that will effectively melt gold, silver, sterling silver, brass, copper, zinc, and other precious and non-precious metals. Its ultralight compact design offers both functionality and portability. The exclusive RapidHeat technology enables firing up to 2200��F (1205��C) in as little as 10 minutes. This kiln uses a standard U.S. 110V power supply. The QuikMelt Deluxe contains four interchangeable flanges to accommodate five crucible sizes (10 ozt, 30 ozt, 60 ozt, 100 ozt, and 120 ozt); measured in pure gold (other materials capacities will vary). This set also includes two pairs of tongs for handling the crucibles. *Please note that due to the nature of raw steel under extreme temperatures, the steel surface will experience tempering and coloration changes over time. ��� Our Quick Cast is an ultra-fine, oil-bonded and pre-mixed moldable clay/sand mixture that allows you to cast highly-detailed pieces from silver, gold, copper, brass, bronze, and more. Virtually duplicate dimensional objects (such as ancient coins, toys, wax, wood, plastics, etc.) using this reusable clay. Great for jewelry making. The molds can be made from objects composed of wood, wax, epoxy, plastics, and metal. Not recommended for designs with undercuts. This is a Delft Clay alternative.
��� The mold flask is sturdy cast iron vessel that is ideal for use with our casting sand/clay. Measures: 4-3/4" x 3" x 2".
��� Parting powder provides a non-stick surface while working with the Petrobond quick cast sand/clay (4 ounce package).
��� Anhydrous borax aids in keeping your molten metals at a liquified state, and helps draw out impurities (4 ounce package).
��� Oberon Face Shield offers reliable heat protection during high-radiant heat applications. It sends heat back to where it came from due to its reflective metallized face. Designed with a scratch-resistant, polycarbonate surface, and features a wide-view. One size fits most. Measures: 8" wide x 14" long x .105" in thickness. Includes a safety shield and an adjustable head ratchet.
��� The 13" long-split cowhide welding gloves are ideal for refining precious metals, such as gold, silver, and copper during high-heat temperature applications. They also work well for handling casting tools such as ingot molds, tongs, and crucibles. Designed with a protective flannel lining. One size fits most.
��� High-density, fine grain graphite stir rods are ideal for stirring your molten material during the melting process. *Please note that flux may adhere to the graphite material during mixing. Not recommended for use with platinum. Measures: 5/16" in diameter x 12" long.
��� The 24" wide x 34" long cowhide heat-resistant apron protects you during mid-temperature applications. Features double-stitched seams and adjustable straps for a comfortable fit. Designed with four pockets to hold smaller tools.

So far I’m loving this bench. I’ve had it less than a week but I am impressed not only by the workbench but by the customer care at PMC Supplies. The bench arrived in three boxes that were not too heavy that I needed help going upstairs. There were probably 20 wood pieces and a hefty bag of hardware, but in just about two hours I assembled the workbench myself. The top of the bench was cracked upon opening, which was odd since it was inside three boxes. When I contacted PMC Supplies about this, they offered to replace the top or refund part of my purchase price so I could repair it myself. In any case, the bench and shelf have plenty of room for nearly all my tools. I’ve been able to empty three medium to small tool bags and fully stock the bench. I’ve added a flex shaft mount and tool and I will be adding drawer pulls to the drawers to make them easier to open.

Cons
Wood is somewhat soft, maybe pine? Doesn’t really matter as any bench will show signs of wear over time.
Holes on shelves are too small for some tools, particularly hammers.
Top was cracked upon arrival but PMC Supplies made it right.
This is the perfect product for my sand casting applications! It packs the petrobond well - and easy to use. Highly recommend!

I have been on the lookout for a more affordable diamond coated tipped tweezers and I have finally found them! I'm not a jewelry maker but I use these for volume eyelash extensions. There is a lash company called Novalash that makes a pair but it is $104 and I couldn't fathom spending that on one pair. I went on the hunt like a hawk to find a pair of diamond dusted tweezers at a more affordable price and found them on your site. Please don't discontinue these tweezers and I would like to know if you are going to carry more straight tweezers with Diamond Coated tips? Thank you PMC supplies!
Great furnace great customer service.
I received the kit in 2 days. Crazy fast. I ran it through a bag of cans to see how it works. I could feed it a can every ±20 seconds. Works great. I'm confident this will be a good addition to my pour process.
This crucible is absolutely worth every penny! Been kicking the heck out of this thing for a year and a half, still rocking. I actually cracked it on the side from a thermal variance (my fault-newbie), and it healed itself again. The vitrification is essentially self healing. I am here to buy another, a larger one, right now.
Great furnace! I’m new to this hobby, so I wasn’t sure about this website or this product but both have been excellent! The furnace has had about 10 fires and other than some discoloration, no real issues. The stone in the bottom broke around the 8th fire but still does the job. This furnace can get hot enough to melt copper EASY. I haven’t tried anything else yet.
Absolutly perfect for brass and aluminum used several times and never have problems looks just like I just took out of the box 5 star
