The Quick Cast Sand Casting Basic Kit is a complete, beginner-friendly solution for creating highly detailed metal castings using Petrobond-style oil-bonded sand. Ideal for jewelry making, small metal parts, and hobby casting, this reusable molding sand allows you to replicate dimensional objects with precision and ease.
Our Quick Cast Petrobond Sand is an ultra-fine, pre-mixed, oil-bonded clay/sand mixture designed for casting silver, gold, copper, and bronze. Its fine grain structure captures exceptional detail, making it perfect for duplicating objects such as coins, wax models, wood, plastics, epoxy, toys, and metal components. This method is a cost-effective alternative to Delft Clay and is suitable for both beginners and experienced casters.

- 5 lbs of Quick Cast Petrobond Sand (reusable molding sand)
- 4 oz of parting powder for easy mold separation
- (2) 100 mm aluminum ring molds
- Adjustable fly-nut tongs for safe crucible handling
