The 5/8" Zirconia Snap-On Sanding Discs are extremely fast-cutting abrasive discs specially formulated for platinum jewelry fabrication and finishing. Made with durable zirconia abrasive on a thin, flexible resin-bonded backing, these blue sanding discs provide fast, consistent cutting action while offering excellent control for detailed jewelry work.
The compact 5/8" diameter is ideal for working on smaller jewelry components, curved surfaces, rings, settings, and other areas where greater precision is needed. Designed for professional jewelers, platinumsmiths, goldsmiths, and jewelry repair shops, these discs are excellent for pre-polishing, semi-finishing, blending, smoothing, and surface preparation.
Specially formulated for platinum, they also perform exceptionally well on titanium, precious metals, and other non-ferrous metals. The snap-on brass center allows discs to be quickly attached and removed from a standard snap-on mandrel, making grit changes fast and convenient at the bench.
Available in Coarse, Medium, and Fine grits.
