Coarse Sanding Adalox Snap-on Discs offer reliable smoothing and polishing for non-ferrous and precious metals. Made of aluminum oxide with a red-brown resin-bonded backing, these water-resistant discs deliver long-lasting performance at up to 20,000 RPM.
Each disc is 3/4" in diameter and designed for quick, secure snap-on mounting on compatible mandrels (POL-0171). The resin-bonded back paper provides flexibility and a clean finish, making them ideal for metalwork, jewelry, and bench finishing. These discs perform consistently, reducing heat buildup and chatter during extended shaping sessions, and are ready for high-speed grinding without compromising surface quality.
