The QuikMelt Pro 120 ounce top loading kiln is the perfect solution for the metal treating artist looking for mobility. It works effectively with gold, silver, lead, copper, zinc, bronze, and more. With its ultra-light 10 lb compact design (measures 6″ x 6″ x 12″), the QuikMelt 120 offers the best of functionality and portability. Includes a 120 Troy oz crucible, ring tongs, a digital control panel, and it rapidly heats to over 2200°F (1205°C) for all of your metal working needs. Equipped with 1500 Watts of power, a standard household plug, and exclusive RapidHeat technology, enabling full firing in as little as 8 to 10 minutes, the QuikMelt Pro is the ultimate tool for handling your projects. • Our Quick Cast is an ultra-fine, oil-bonded and pre-mixed moldable clay/sand mixture that allows you to cast highly detailed silver, gold, and copper materials. This method allows you to virtually duplicate dimensional objects (such as ancient coins, toys, wax, wood, plastics, etc.) with gold, copper, bronze, or silver using this reusable clay. Great for jewelry making. The molds can be made from objects composed of wood, wax, epoxy, plastics, and metal. Quick Cast Sand sand is a cost-effective way to cast your items. Not recommended for designs with undercuts. This is a Delft Clay alternative.

• The mold flask is sturdy cast iron vessel that is ideal for use with our casting sand/clay. Measures: 4-3/4" x 3" x 2".

• Parting powder provides a non-stick surface while working with the Petrobond quick cast sand/clay (4 ounce package).

• Anhydrous borax aids in keeping your molten metals at a liquified state, and helps draw out impurities (4 ounce package).

• Graphite crucible holds 120 ounces of pure gold (other metal capacities will vary). Please note that graphite crucibles are wear parts and will need to be replaced after prolonged use.
